3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.

The hotel is a bit worn-out but still comfortable. Location is a bit outside of everything, but it’s a walkable distance from center. Some small cafes are in about 10 minutes’ walk.

Lors de mon séjour à l’hôtel Ibis Les Falaises d’Oran, j’ai été déçu par certains aspects. Il manquait de l’eau chaude pour la douche, ce qui est très inconfortable. De plus, l’absence de douchette de toilette est surprenante, surtout dans un pays musulman où cela est souvent attendu. Ces éléments devraient être pris en compte pour améliorer l’expérience des clients.
