i was in this hotel in ramadan !! i like the hotel !! it's was great two days to pass in to it !! the room wash great !! i didn't like the shampoo smell !!! the food in iftar wasn't variated !! it's juste contain chiken only !! but it's was just good enought

Hôtel très normal on a pas le confort de son prix que je trouve cher,la salle de bain et les serviettes pu l'urine directement et sombre des serviettes de couleur bleu et vielles on dirait celles qu'on met pour les pieds, les oreilller durs, le petit déjeuner un fiasco très médiocre il y a rien même quand les produits sont fini on ramène pas donc si il y a du monde comme hier avec une queue interminable en dehors du restaurant tout étais fini avant 10h donc on approvisionnent pas vraiment c'est catastrophique

Sincèrement très déçus, la salle de bain pu a un point innimaginable, nous sommes en couple nous avons une seule serviette et une seule tasse dans la chambre il a fallut en demander on nous a accordé que la deuxième serviette pour la tasse il faudra attendre demain, la piscine est très petite, j'attends de voir le petit dej demain mais sinon pour le prix c'est franchement pas top j'aurais souhaité plus de propreté !!!

Bonjour On commence par le positif literie de bonne qualité bonne position géographique et petit dej correct Pour la partie prise en charge des clients c’est une catastrophe, je décide de payer par cheque le jeune homme de la réception me dit que ce n’est pas possible pour les entreprises sans bon de commande sachant que j’avais l’habitude de passer mes nuits la bas je demande pourquoi et la le gars me dit c’est le nouveau contrôleur qui n’accepte pas J’ai changé d’hôtel pour le phoenix et honnêtement meilleur de loin avec en plus un café bar sympathique et 2 restaurant Merci au pacha pour la mauvaise prise en charge

I have checked in this hotel today. Very disappointed. It is very far from Oran central and station. Facilities looks new, but are not working, including air conditioners. The room is quite hot. I booked a double room. But one show towel is found in shower room. No cups or glasses. Bedside lamp is broken. I went to the reception and phoned about the issues. No instant solutions or actions. I am thinking about to check out tomorrow if the hotel can refund my money.

I was in this hotel for two days during ramadan Mars 2022 It's a good hotel to visit oran close to oran city everything was good in there the personnel are nice an friendly thank you so much and wish you all the best
