Opcina Plitvicka Jezera Hotels with Pools

The hotel is a four-star level. Near the second gate of 16th Lake, a beautiful three-story villa with a beautiful environment. The landlord is an old couple! The rooms are clean and tidy, a one-bedroom suite with a double bed and a large sofa bed. No kitchen, toiletries, no slippers! There is free private parking in the yard! The water heater is also very good, no longer have to wait long for a bath! Including breakfast, the buffet has many varieties, not bad! Dinner is 16 euros per person, and drinks are paid separately. The price/performance ratio is average. If you have other options, you can go to a small town outside to eat! Read the comment that the boss can pick up and drop off to the scenic area. When we went there, we said that the boss was not there and we had to wait two hours before returning. We still drove there by ourselves! The parking fee is 10 kuna an hour. I went twice and the parking fee is 120. In fact, it is not as good as staying in a hotel in the scenic area. It is convenient and not expensive! Free parking and discounts when you buy tickets! In addition, Ctrip's service is too poor, communication is not timely, and there is a serious problem with understanding! Never book a hotel on Ctrip again when you go abroad!

We are a family of five and booked two rooms - they were modern, spacious and beautiful. They are also immediately adjacent which worked well for us. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. From here we walked to a smaller park entrance (need to have your tickets already) - so easy and we avoided initial crowds. They also had sports equipment available so our kids were able to play soccer and volleyball in their “downtime”. Only word of caution is that they only accept cash!

Na kraju, ljubazno, sve naplate bez obzira na sve propuste. Nije dovoljno toplo u sobi, a glavno grijanje je na klimu koja jako suši zrak. Vanjski jacuzzi nekad ima dovoljno tople vode, a nekada nema, nekada ga samo iskljuce jer je pao snijeg, na dorucku nekad fali hrane, a i nema dovoljno vrsta hrane (skromni dorucak nikako za 5 zvijezdica ili 200 eur noc), nekad domar nasloni daske na vas balkon i zakloni pogled, pa u sobi nema secera za kavu niti zlicica... Zvucna izolacija je losa i ako iznad imate malo nemirnije ljude sve se cuje... Hrana u restoranu je prilicno skupa i svakakve kvalitete (nekada dobra, nekada losa) -ali ponovno precijenjeno. Internet je isto slab. Pec u sauni (koja se posebno naplacuje) nije ograđena pa se lako opece...i tako... sve kao ima, a sve nekako do pola. Zaposlenice na recepciji su super i trude se i dio osoblja je dobar (konobar Dominik recimo) no ovo mjesto nikako ne zasluzuje status 5 zvijezdica niti tu cijenu nocenja. Po meni... fer vrijednost je oko 40%-50% od ovoga sto naplacuju. Nije bilo uzasno lose, ali nikako ne vrijedi te novce i mi se sigurno necemo vratiti niti ikome preporuciti - za 70 eur da, za 200 nikako ne! Sretno :) IT'S NOT WORTH THAT MONEY. For 200 eur per night, the service should be good and there should not always be something missing or broken. This is realistically 3 or 3 and a half stars, not 5. It is not warm enough in the room and the main heating is on the air conditioning which dries the air very much. Outdoor jacuzzi sometimes has enough hot water, and sometimes not, sometimes just turn it off because it snowed, breakfast sometimes lacks food, and not enough food (modest breakfast not for 5 stars or 200 eur night), sometimes the caretaker leans the boards on your balcony and obscure the view, so there is no coffee sugar or teaspoon in the room ... Sound insulation is bad and if you have a little more restless people above, everything can be heard ... The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and of all qualities (sometimes good, sometimes bad) - but again overpriced. The internet is also weak. The stove in the sauna (which is charged extra) is not fenced, so it burns easily ... and so ... everything is as it is, and everything is halfway. The staff at the reception are great and they work hard and part of the staff is good (waiter Dominik for example) but this place does not deserve the status of 5 stars or the price of a night. In my opinion ... the fair value is about 40% -50% of what they charge. It wasn't terribly bad, but it's not worth the money and we certainly won't go back or recommend it to anyone - for 70 eur yes, for 200 no! Good luck :)

If I could rate this place 6 out of 5 I would! Such a warm, cosy, relaxing, homely and welcoming feel. The perfect place to stop over on our trip to see Plitvice Lakes (with entrance 2 just a very short drive down the road). Lovely, comfortable sized rooms, with all the amenities. A beautiful breakfast spread put on and the B&B host is brilliant, providing us with restaurant recommendations and advise on exploring the lakes. Couldn’t rave about this place more - far exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend.

This hotel is nice but is not as advertised. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and had AC which was nice. However, if you do not book through *********** or whatever other hotel website they advertise on, and book through the hotel website you must pay in cash upon arrival. This was news to me when I showed up as the website DOES NOT state this anywhere, and I went through it several times to double check. The owner was adamant that it does in fact state it but when I asked where, he failed to show me. He did not know his own website and said that the manager would contact me. A week later and I am still waiting to be contacted about this. I don't expect to hear anything back from them. When I booked the room, my receipt said that I would be charged half at the time of booking and half the day before check-in but this did not happen. The owner said they don't charge anything so why did the website tell me this? This is absolutely not okay and to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not bringing enough cash with me because I booked through the hotel website is a poor way to treat your visitors. I do not recommend this hotel. Nothing is included, you have to pay extra, in cash, for breakfast and dinner, and the beds a very hard.
