Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

This was the second time I stayed at the Savoy! It's definitely my home in the hills!!! I simply love the old world charm of the property! Kartik at reception, the servers at the restaurant & the housekeeping staff, everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience. I chose garden manor as we didn't get a room in our usual hotel. But we weren't disappointed and the service and rooms were super clean and the location was also at a great place, nearby botanical garden. Loved the way the hotel management treated us. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to this hotel.
