首先花這個錢來這裏如果是家庭遊真沒必要。三亞，各種海邊clubmed 要好很多。日本人可真是一點英文不懂。怎麼交流。
第二一定要看賬單、多算我一天的錢、日本人簡直就是假裝仔細的粗心。還好我多年前在日本工作過。一查果然多算了一晚、讓他們硬退，在我面前退才退掉。
最後服務不如泰國峇裏島東南亞，飲食不如國內五星，人山人海，海灘也醜，前後都沒啥地方可去。純粹在酒店玩會水，動物啥的活動感受也很一般。

地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

酒店唯一可以稱道的就是周邊環境不錯，挨着青之洞窟方便去潛水，海灘的質量也説得過去。除此之外全是缺點：
1. 房間有黴味，衞生條件堪憂。環境潮濕不是藉口，人家郵輪天天在海里泡着，我也沒見過房間有黴味的。
2. 設施奇差無比，床墊巨硬，空調風機噪音巨大，熱水温度不穩定，走廊沒有空調。
3. 早餐午餐種類少食材差，buffet的規模是正常酒店的1/3。
4. Room service不及時，入住四天有兩天到了下午16:30才收拾屋子。
總體來説，我是沒想到Marriott旗下的連鎖酒店能有這麼差。

服務更別提了，前台態度非常差，花錢買氣受，能勸退一個是一個
