Oriental Hills Okinawa

Only accepting 14 groups of guests a day, very quality experience and good service, however the hotel room overall is a bit old. The location of the hotel is nearly perfect, facing the sunrise!

今回が初めての宿泊でした。 おもてなしはとても素晴らしく、お部屋のプライベートプールも国内最大級と言われてるだけに ゆったりのんびり過ごすことができました。 今回は、梅雨時期ということもあり羽アリが大量発生、、、 夕食へ向かうまでの道のりも羽アリだらけで、夕食後客室へ戻るとプライベートプールには羽アリの死骸がたくさん浮いていてびっくりしました。 寝室のベッドや枕、掛け布団には、ウジ虫のような虫がついており、季節柄と土地柄仕方ないことだとは思いますが値段が値段なだけに残念でした。 絶対また行きたい！という訳ではありませんが次に伺う時は冬にしようと思います。

This was my first time staying here. I stayed during the Obon holiday. The staff were all polite and helpful. The dinner was French and delicious, but perhaps because I had high expectations, I wish I had been a little more excited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. What was disappointing was that there seemed to be some kind of space for storing linens or something in the space directly below the room, and the hotel service car parked there every day, so I didn't have the privacy I was hoping for, and even when I looked from the pool, the staff just left without saying hello. It was a bit annoying. I don't think it's possible for the service line to be right in front of you. The water quality of the private pool was nice, but there was some rust on some of the tiles and the sprayed parts of the wall were peeling, which brought my excitement down. I think it's time for some maintenance. The bath was also instructed to set the water level to the maximum, which brought my excitement down. Perhaps because my expectations were too high, I felt a bit depressed. I was excited to hear that the refrigerator was free, but if they had offered 100% juice, I might have been more excited. The room service was also disappointing, with only snacks at night. Well, the price includes dinner, so some people may think it's cheap, but I didn't feel excited at all, so I'm not sure. However, the staff were all polite, so I was able to relax without getting angry. I hope the food quality will improve in general.
