酒店的服務態度很好，但是反應遲鈍，和酒店一樣古老。1）兩天特別安頓的叫醒服務，都沒有叫早，耽誤行程；2）早餐配餐要20分鐘以上，第一天實在等不起就不吃了，第二天需要想提前退掉早餐趕早班飛機，酒店不給退也是遺憾啊！

My husband and I stayed at the Kimpton Cottonwood in July for our anniversary road trip and we had such a great experience! We booked valet and our hotel directly through the hotel’s website and found it to be a great deal! From the moment we arrived, Bri at valet was ready to help park our car and she was so friendly, starting our trip on a great note! The hotel was always clean and the staff was always friendly from check in, throughout our stay, all the way until check out. We enjoyed how close this hotel is to everything we did while we were there! It was close to Old Market, the Zoo, and anything you can think of! We also had time to enjoy the outdoor pool! We already miss it and can’t wait to come back in the future.
