The room is very spacious, and there are many restaurants nearby, including hamburger shops, Japanese food shops, and small supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly. If you leave before 7 o'clock, you can ask for a packed breakfast in advance. There is free hot water, coffee and tea bags in the front desk area. It is also very convenient to call Uber. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to CHI Center by Uber, and it takes only 20 minutes to go to the airport, which is very convenient.

The front desk staff especially Justin were amazing, there were always working, cleaning tables, replenishing supplies, very friendly, honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in and I've been in alot of them. Totally enjoyed our experience, thank you!

Despite calling ahead and letting the desk person know we would be arriving around 9pm, we had to wait about 6 minutes before a desk person came to let us in the locked doors after ringing the call button. Due to our late arrival, our kids (8 and 11) were bounding around taking showers and getting ready for bed. Around 10pm, when we were all in PJs, someone knocked on our door. Now, if I was by myself, I probably would not have answered, but my husband answered the door and it was the front desk person letting us know they had received a complaint about stomping noises. Now, I don’t mind being contacted about the complaint at all, but why would you not just call our room phone? This seemed like an invasion of privacy that was not necessary.
