Stayed 5 nights and would gladly stay again. Excellent location in the Old Market area with plenty of nightlife. Recommend restaurants La Buvette and The Boiler Room. Typical Hyatt Place room with L-shaped couch. Recently renovated I think. Convenient attached garage. Best views from East side. Highly recommend.

These reviews have to be fake. This is the worst experience I have had at a hotel in a long time. Not only is the customer service lacking, the hotel looks cheap and old, and the road noise is unreal (I’ve moved rooms 3 times in one night, the first room they put me in was outside of the parking lot generator) and the other rooms have loud old vents and unreal road noise. I’m writing this review in bed instead of sleeping since quiet is apparently not an option here. Stay at the Marriott down the road. It’s a little more expensive but it’s worth it if you plan on sleeping.

We came for a wedding and would return 1. because it was a great location but 2. Because the staff was incredible and the customer service is top notch

The hotel is in an excellent area and a very nice property. People there are very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

Air broken, light bulbs out, shower dripping, uncomfortable beds, advertised as "recently renovated" but obviously not. Parking was too expensive and cards/keys to get out only worked 50% of the time.

I enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels. They had a very reasonable business rate.The amenities were good and the location is even better.

The hotel is gorgeous and very clean. The staff welcomes you as family, rather than a custom. Every request I had was fulfilled. The front desk staff are some of the most fun people. They treated us like we had known each other for years!
