This hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. It is right after you get off the highway. Check-in was a bit slow, but the front desk staff was quite polite. The room was not small and clean. The price-performance ratio is high.

I’m a renovation contractor and stayed at Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80 for several weeks while working on a job site nearby. This hotel was exactly what I needed — clean, quiet, and reliable. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile, no matter how early I was heading out or how late I got back. They even made sure breakfast was ready early, which was perfect for my early starts. Having hot coffee and fresh apples available all day was a big plus too. The rooms were comfortable with good beds, plenty of space, and strong Wi-Fi for winding down with a show or catching up on paperwork. I really appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge — made it easy to heat up meals after a long day. Laundry on-site, solid water pressure in the shower, and convenient parking for my work truck all made the stay hassle-free. This place understands the needs of people who travel for work. If you’re a contractor, construction crew, or renovation worker looking for a dependable, respectful place to stay long-term — this is it. I’ll be booking here again for my next Omaha project.

This hotel was better than expected. We were allowed to check in early and were given a bag with waters and potato chips. Nice surprise. We planned to leave early the next morning before breakfast opened. The night desk clerk opened the kitchen and gave us some yogurt to put in the room refrigerator. Another nice surprise. The beds and linen were fabulous. I would have slept well the 2nd night but had three inebriated young women talking loudly outside our door. When checking out, I was asked how our stay was and said it was perfect except for the girls. Apparently, the night desk clerk had trouble with them as well. They were not staying at the hotel and he had to threaten to call the police to get them to leave. All in all, I would give the hotel 5 stars as the disruption was beyond their control.

Stay
Front desk guy help fix and issue. Over all housekeeper were not in uniform nor was the front desk. Housekeeper were in street clothes. Also front desk were also in street clothes not professional dress.

Convenient for trips west
Good breakfast buffet. Other clientele might want to make you avoid. Wouldn't go back as woman traveling alone.
