The hotel room is spacious, has a kitchen, and the bathroom has been renovated and has good sanitary facilities. The breakfast is average. To park, you have to park in the paid parking lot next to it. It costs 10 dollars to stay overnight.

If you want to sleep during your stay in Omaha don't stay at this hotel. Friday night there was music until 11:00 and then a DJ until late into the night. Thankfully my noise canceling headphones worked on Friday night but tonight Saturday it's currently 12:53 a.m. and my noise canceling headphones can't drown out the base of the music. Don't stay here if you need sleep

Randall was absolutely amazing, he was beyond helpful in setting up our rooms and a reservation for the conference center. Not only that, he maintained communication throughout the weekend and even after event. Randall went above and beyond, as did most of the front desk staff during the weekend. Highly recommend hosting events here with Randall!

Traci at the front desk was so lovely and so helpful! She had great recommendations for all the Old Market restaurants and shops that were all within an easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and clean and had a whole kitchenette.

Good spot
Was in town for a concert and it was a really nice stay. They offer a shuttle service to/from airport and anywhere within 3 miles during your stay. It is a great service, it just needs a little more structure and organization.

Very accommodating, the people who work here are pleasant and helpful, the shuttle was a great addition, and we enjoyed our time in Omaha. We really liked having a separate bedroom and a kitchen. It was great to have a hotel that accepts dogs, albeit there was a lot of street noise we could hear from our bedroom window.
