Lovely hotel. My repeat stay as it is perfect for families and very clean and beautiful. Lots of facilities and really near to Palisades Tahoe. Stayed in early april 2023 and there was still snow everywhere, the ice skating rink was closed but the pool was open! Lots of families using the pool and having a great time. Nice well equipped gym too. Would stay here again (next time with my swimsuit)!!! Parking was also easy. Self park is cheaper than valet and its not faraway anyway so we self parked.

A very freehand resort hotel, golf⛳, hiking, swimming, fitness are all available in the hotel, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery at sunset, tasting the special California red wine 🍷, leisure.

The resort is old and in major need of an update. The poool/spa/hot tub area is old and really needs to be updated. A resort of this "caliber" should really do better.

Terrible food. Terrible service Rooms are dated. Staff not helpful with anything but the job function they were hired for. Lack of any information about the area. So many things…….. stay somewhere else.

Amazing location. very close to Lake Tahoe and many excellent trails. Pool was amazing. Amenities in the resort are truly outstanding. Strong recommend the suite with kitchenette for families with children.

Parking staff rude and check in girl had attitude. Hotel needs upgrading! Carpet stained, decor outdated, fixtures old. Food at the Cafe was poorly flavored. Golf course poorly groomed and grass in bad shape. Self parking is a long uphill walk and $35/ night? $5 for a bottle of water in the room...ridiculous for a room without a view that is almost $500. The valley is beautiful winter and summer, the hotel accommodations need to match.

It began at check in when Todd upgraded us to our favorite 2 story 2 Kings bed suite. We really enjoyed the pool deck and the kids love the water slide. The food here is outstanding, arguably the best breakfast buffet within the Hyatt portfolio. My family loves this property and we can't wait to come back, thanks ro the entire Hyatt Everline team!

I slept on the sleeper sofa. The sofas are old and VERY uncomfortable. The next day they sent me two bedspreads to put on the sofa mattress, it helped somewhat. Given the price I was paying to stay for three days I was quite disappointed. I was told they are upgrading the furniture next year. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help anyone this year. Also, the line for the bear cafe was extremely long in the mornings. There are several things they could do to streamline. I found the service and the food to be exceptional. The support staff was amazing. Loved the room staff and the porters. They both went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it was the perfect family-friendly getaway. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, including a fun pool area, kids’ club, and evening entertainment. The location was great, and everything we needed was either on-site or nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like kids’ menus and family activity schedules. It was a relaxing and fun-filled experience for all of us. We’d definitely come back again!
