The hotel changed our room for a much superior one at no extra charge. The room was great, with a private pool inside the room... a real luxury. The event we attended (the Alberto Contador Grand Fund Race) was super well organized within the hotel, and since everything was right next door, it was very easy for us to access all the events. The hotel facilities are superb, with gardens, a pool, access to the private beach, etc., etc. The breakfast was great. It was also a good idea to be able to have breakfast after six in the morning because the race started at eight. THE TRUTH IS THAT EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. Girlfiend & I just back from 5 night B&B stay at Oliva Nova to attend a family wedding in nearby Pego. Overall a positive Hotel experience, reasonably good breakfast & particularly enjoyed easy access to beautiful beach. But am compelled to comment on Hotel Staff attitude which was definitely not customer focussed, at times passive, and in one instance bordering on aggressive. I've stayed in hotels across Europe, Asia & Americas and am sure I wasn't imagining this. Of particular note was attitude from Restaurant Manager at El Olivo. After we complained about steaks which were clearly presented "raw" after we ordered them "well done", their waiter offered they would be further cooked & would be "on the house". Afterwards we were billed for the steaks, and when I objected to the Manager he quickly became visibly & audibly angry. We paid for the steaks if only to save the waiter from any negative fallout. Experienced poor attitude on at least three occasions. Oliva Nova should acknowledge this & recognise they should do something about it otherwise customers like us will find alternative Hotels to spend our money.

Levo ya cuatro años alojandome en el hotel ,como siempre la limpieza y el servicio excelentes salvo el primer día con la jefa de sala del comedor pero siempre muy bien la atención la la jefa de recepción una maravilla se portó con nosotros por un problema de salud de maravilla nunca lo olvidaré el cariño con que nos trató.muchas gracias

Junio 2025, me pareció curioso que la última semana de junio no estaba en marcha el chiringuito de la playa ni había animación por las noches. Pero nos dio igual tampoco era lo que estábamos buscando. Aún así pudimos usar las hamacas. La habitación muy correcta, quizás el colchón demasiado blando. Hay una pequeña cocina. Los productos del baño son de buena calidad (rituals), facilitan albornoz y zapatillas, toallas para piscina. La piscina bien y la playa perfecta, no se llena por tener varios kilómetros. Desayuno bueno y cenas temáticas bien. Para comer lo hicimos a la carta en el restaurante la pérgola. Tened en cuenta que por las noches no es posible dar paseo por los alrededores porque no hay nada. Hotel perfecto para descansar.

Nos alojamos en la suite con piscina y sinceramente fue una decepción, la piscina nada más llegamos estaba totalmente llena de caca de paloma y añádele que mantenimiento bastante escaso por el agua turbia, todo alrededor de la piscina cagado de palomas, y el césped también llenito de caca de paloma más las tumbonas y todo lo que tenía que ver con la terraza de la piscina ,sinceramente dudo que se le haga un mantenimiento a esa zona incluyendo la piscina, y si ya por el precio vendes un alojamiento de 1 dia tan caro lo mínimo sería más mantenimiento porque lo estás pagando ,después nada más llegamos en el aseo nos encontramos una cucaracha muerta ,por lo que pagamos esperábamos encontrarnos algo mejor por lo que vale una noche ,y sin duda la habitación 3024 la piscina sin ninguna duda es la más estropeada que teníamos alrededor de nosotros no la pudimos disfrutar apenas ,espero que toméis medidas y más si se paga por algo tan caro

Muchos años de experiencia en este hotel donde he podido estar en varias opciones (habitacion doble, suite, con piscina,..) y varios regimenes alimenticios con lo que tengo opinión contrastada y escribo acabando de volver de la que será mi última vez por una falta de coherencia y atención al cliente PÉSIMA. Desayuno con colas al sol (y habia 30 grados) para entrar con 2 tostadoras para toda la sala y menú no muy variado. Piscina: donde antes habia hamacas para todos ahora tienes que pegarte por una hamaca, han quitado muchisimas y han puesto camas balinesas que quedan muy pintonas para Instagram pero ocupan y no cubren la demanda unido a que no hay una sombrilla. Adicionalmente, como habia una fiesta varios de los servicios estaban cerrados, parte de la piscina por la tarde y oferta de restaurantes. En definitiva, que cada uno haga lo que quiera, pero dejo por si sirve, mi pésima (y última) estancia en lo que antes era un buen hotel.
