1. Ótima localização. A 2 minutos de caminhada do Thermas dos Laranjais e a cerca de 10 minutos de van (oferecida como cortesia pelo resort) para o Hot Beach.
2. Check in rápido e cordial, com possibilidade de acesso ao apartamento antes das 14h caso esteja pronto.
3. Pulseira digital para acesso ao apartamento e parque Hot Beach e para pagamentos. Muito prático!
4. Estacionamento com controle de acesso e próximo ao apartamento.
5. Resort muito tranquilo, silencioso, cercado de vegetação muito bem cuidada.
6. Quarto duplo superior amplo e com dois ambientes. Decoração moderna, aconchegante e de muito bom gosto. Iluminação indireta. Cama king size com travesseiros, lençóis e edredom novos e macios. Duas smartTVs (uma em cada ambiente) amplas, AC, frigobar, cofre. Banheiro amplo com secador de cabelo, ótima ducha, toalhas grandes, de qualidade premium, novas e macias.
7. Restaurante aconchegante, com três salões amplos e climatizados.
8. Piscinas e ofurôs com acesso 24h, e todos com águas termais quentinhas.
9. Café da manhã e jantar com itens básicos, porém bem preparados e saborosos.
10. Equipe muito cordial e simpática.
11. Check out às 12h igualmente rápido e cordial, com entrega de garrafas de água para a viagem de volta.

My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything contributed to a peaceful and relaxing stay. The reception area is warm and inviting, and the staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. A special mention goes to Mr. Silvio and Mr. Matheus from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their kindness and dedication brought smiles to our kids’ faces, creating beautiful memories for our family. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a tranquil environment makes this hotel a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

Very good experience. Small and good hotel, great food and employee attention. Evrything in the water park os controlled by the band they give you in the check in, which is great. All nights with live music in the dinner is also a good advantage.

Everything was perfect. The room very clean. The service was very polite, very attentive. They made everything they could to please my kids and helped me with all I needed about the place, the city, places to go.

Fantastic experience, easily exceeded our expectations. 24 hour heated pools, spacious and super clean rooms, juicy breakfast including Brazilian classics such as tapioca, pao de queijo, goiabada and more. Close to the hot beach park but car highly recommended

My family of 7 stayed for 3 days. The staff were very accomodating of our difficult needs, and made our stay very memorable. The hotel is very well run, the rooms are comfortable, the pool is very hot and peaceful. The food is excellent. The hotel is situated right next to laranjais and a short car ride from the included hot beach park. Overall we were very impressed with an extremely organised and comfortable family hotel. Thank you for all your efforts and we will definitely return. Well done!
