I was able to spend very comfortable! The bus stop was right next to it and access to the city and Okayama Airport was very convenient. The rooms were clean and well equipped, so I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel itself was large and there was a sense of security, and it was impressive that the front desk was really kind and polite. If you come to Okayama, this is a hotel I would definitely recommend 🥰.

I have stayed at many Toyoko Inns, and this time I had the worst accommodation experience. The main reason is that the hotel is located next to the railway tracks, and there is the sound of trains passing by at night. The staff at the counter do not speak English well, and it will be difficult for non-Japanese speakers to communicate. Another is that when checking in, the hotel will inform you that if you extend your stay, you will only be provided with towel replacement and no cleaning. However, the way towels are provided is to directly ”place” large and small towels on the floor, which is somewhat unhygienic. (It is also an affordable hotel, so whether it is communication or sound insulation, there should be better choices)

Very good value for money. 10 minutes walk from jr station. The dormitory in the quadruple room is not full and not too noisy. It’s no problem to stay for one or two nights.

Very close to Okayama Station, the male staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful. There is a water machine in the lobby, which is convenient to fill and drink. The hotel room for 3 people booked is the same as seen online at the time of booking, it is made from two queen beds shot together so you can sleep for 3 people. But the facilities in the room such as slippers and toothbrushes are only 2 pairs, so go down to the front desk and ask the staff to get them. But the air conditioner would have a foul smell as soon as it was turned on, and the staff helplessly said that other rooms would probably have the same situation, so they were unable to do anything. Luckily there is an air freshener in the room, which can suck out all the odors when turned on all day. The sheets and quilts were not very clean, but within an acceptable range. Sometimes in and out bumping into some cleaning staff, they are very friendly and do your request. And the cleaning of toilets or other places is done quite well. Also, the room is bigger than expected! My two suitcases are still open enough to move around. And the hotel elevator gets on and off very quickly! There is no fear of spending more time waiting for the elevator.

The single room I stayed in had a good overall environment and was very clean. The room type is between a capsule hotel and a traditional single room. The male and female areas are separated, and you need to swipe the door card to enter. The room door is a curtain without a lock, and there is a locker with a password in the room to keep valuables. The ventilation is slightly poor, and it will be a bit stuffy when the curtain is fully drawn. There is basically no sound insulation, and it will be difficult to stand if someone in the nearby cubicle snores. The hotel is very close to JR Okayama Station, which can be reached within a ten-minute walk (the underground street in front of Okayama Station is easy to get lost). There is a welcome drink when you check in, and you can also get a free drink every morning. The large bathroom is very good. Overall, the price of 180 per night is suitable for people traveling alone to stay for a short time for one or two nights.

The location is great!! It's connected to Okayama Station, so you won't get rained on. Just find GU and go in! I really like the train view🫶 There are chairs and tables, so it's good for eating late-night snacks. You can get shower towels and other things you need on the first floor, and the quality is good too♡

The counter is on the second floor and you need to take the escalator up, and you need to swipe your room card in the elevator. It is an old hotel with a sense of age. You don’t need to book this place in advance, because the room price on the day is cheaper than if I booked it in advance^_^ It’s not far from Aeon, you can buy a few places and go back to put your things and have a rest before setting off to continue shopping.

For the price its worth it! Not the best looking interior wise BUT has youtube/netflix and is very convenient to go to tourist spots such as Okayama Castle which is right beside. Lots of food options nearby as well and very near the tram to get back to JR station (10min ride).

Good hotel quite close to Okayama Station. The rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. There is a lounge open from 1.00pm with free coffee and snacks.

The facilities are average, but the price is affordable, there is a hot spring and two meals are included, which is definitely worth it. There are large shopping malls around and it is also convenient to Okayama Station. The only inconvenience is that you have to go down several steps to check in, which is troublesome to carry luggage.
