Alles gut gewesen service war wundervoll alle voll nett und Hotel ist in einer gute lage.

On the outskirts of The Hague, you need to have a car to arrive and parking is convenient. An old manor hotel, the hotel is in the forest, there is a lake in front of the hotel, great! Breakfast is also very good!

The room is large, with a kettle and tea bags, and the bathroom has anti-slip rescue facilities for the elderly, which is good. The entrance to the underground garage is very small and not easy to find. Parking is not free, 17.5 euros a day, and you can enter and exit multiple times. The hotel is in an industrial area, which is relatively remote. Next to it is the Human Body Museum, which is quite interesting.

Very close to Leiden Railway Station, very convenient, the hotel is relatively clean, there are many supermarkets around, there are many restaurants, about ten minutes to the center of Leiden, it is convenient to take the train to other cities.

優點：房間乾淨衞生，服務人員有每天倒垃圾以及進行簡單的衞生打掃；離萊頓中心火車站非常近，步行3-5分鐘。火車站裡面有AH to go和對面有JUMBO和ALDI，很方便。前台英語非常好，態度也非常好。恰逢元旦，酒店還在前台為客人準備了糖果和類似糖餅的甜食。 缺點：沒有暖氣，冬天洗完澡會有點冷；洗澡水壓不夠，花灑水小；燈不夠亮，房間偏暗。

What a great hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and if you are a keen train spotter you can watch them from your bedroom window. Spotless room. A small fridge which was nice. Tea/ coffee. Amazing shower, super powerful and refreshing. Comfy bed. Air con to get the room temperature right. Bag storage secure room if your flight is later and you don't want to carry your luggage around.

A bit strange behaviour from the staff while checking in... We arrived after 3 pm. The room wasn't ready so they asked us to wait and offered us a during while we waited. OK, that sounded fine but the drink never came and suddenly the room was ready after a few minutes. No big deal, but if you offer the customer a drink, I think you should deliver on that. Otherwise the stay was fine. Newly built hotel, very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet had what we wanted.

Great location near the central station of the beautiful city of Leiden. The hotel itself is well into the world-known standards of the Ibis brand; as always, an Ibis hotel is a safe bet for a comfortable night with reasonable prices. Extra points for all of the helpful and sympathetic people at the check-in counter! (The picture I added is actually the windows' view from my room, which was quite pleasant - even more so with the daylight in the morning)

I was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.
