The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful at all times. Due to late arrival, we preordered room service over the phone 2 hours before our arrival. After check-in, the dinner was served in the room as per the order. That was very helpful. The Delux room is of good size. The facilities in the room were good. Toiletries, coffee, drinking water and TV were available. Hot water shower was available through the water pressure was much low.

Stop one night before ferry to the Crown. Very small rooms. But given the small price, it is the best option to stop one night by carriage. Very convenient 24-hour recepshen, where we were helped to book ferry tickets. In the corridor of coolers, where you can get water and boil. Hot shower, working air conditioner. Welcome staff.

I have been to Puerto Galera before and accommodation was a real struggle. The quality around White Beach was really poor and they were old and tired. So coming this time I wanted to find something better. Looking at these pics this hotel looked amazing. The hotel is situated around 10 mins drive from White Beach. That is considered close. And there are plenty of Tricycles to take you back to the hotel at any time. I thought this location was great. The view from the hotel was amazing and featured two swimming pools one being a Infinity pool. The infinity pool was quite deep. The rooms were big and comfortable with good air con. There is little to fault the hotel on. I had a room next to the pool and the only issue was there was a light you couldn't turn off and that light attracted half of the islands bugs at night so I couldn't leave my door open. Secondly the hotel is built on the steepest hill you have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It is so steep that riding a motorbike it couldn't even make it up the hill lol. The staff will help you with the bags and its prob only a 5 min walk but in the heat it takes a lot out of you. If you are not fit or you were of the older generation I think you would struggle. I rented a motorbike which i would suggest if staying here so its easy to travel about. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to PG.

Well,the owner is very accommodating which made our stay fantastic..feels like I'm staying in a 1940s mansion..well book there in the future..they fetch and drop their guests from and to terminals..

Overall my family loved the trip. I found the place relaxing, the only downside was the brownout we experienced during our stay and no flush in the toilet. The place is cozy and the people are friendly.
