The hotel is inside the castle, not recommended. There are two reasons: 1. There is no parking space, the car may have to be parked far away, and then drag a luggage to the hotel. The road is a stone road, and the wheels of Rimowa were damaged. 2. I couldn't find it according to Google navigation, and I went around twice. It's too hard to find.

The hotel is just inside the walled city, which is easily reached through a small door opening on the wall. The room we were given was large, clean and had all the amenities you needed. The receptionist was also very friendly and informative, providing us with great dinner suggestions, which were really delicious. The only thing you have to lug your luggage from the outside wall to the hotel which we were warned about. And our room was just above the loudspeaker from the attached restaurant, which fortunately shuts at 10.30pm. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I think I've ever had the friendliest service here. Super friendly reception and great explanations and ideas.
Apart from that - the hotel is in the heart of the small castle town. Unfortunately, the outsourced room smelled slightly of mold, which is why I'm deducting points here.

They put me in a different room than the one I booked (I booked a superior room with a balcony and was put in a room WITHOUT a balcony, 20 euros cheaper).
I found this attitude incorrect.
