Wir waren Mal wieder im Franks. Was soll ich sagen. Einfach ein perfekter Aufentahlt. Top Zimmer. Schön gestaltet und geräumig. Ich habe noch nie so saubere Zimmer in einem Hotel gesehen, wieim Franks. Großes Kompliment an das Housekkeping Team. Essen. Für mich hat Sven der Küchenchef mindestens 1 Stern verdient. Einfach großartig. Service Top. Wellnessbereich sehr sehr schön gestaltet und es gibt ein umfangreiches Angebot an Sport- und Saunaangeboten. Und wie immer kommt die Cora mit einem Lächeln auf einen zu und sagt. Wie schön euch zu sehen. Das ist Lebensfreude pur.

***** für das WellnessAngebot und die Kulinarik. In zentraler Lage - Familien geführt. Tradition trifft Moderne. Perfekter Raum für eine Auszeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Millionen investiert in den Infinity Pool, die tausenden Quadratmeter Wellness und eine neue Bar, machen das FRANKs zu einem besonderen Platz.

Wir kamen sehr gerne, da wir uns als Oberstdorfliebhaber das Hotel zumindest im Foyer schon angeschaut hatten. Sehr schönes Hotel, unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Abendbuffett war absolut super. Ganz außerordentlich schön fanden wir die Bar (Baby Mara hatte es mir angetan). Hans hat uns absolut herzlich und professionell bedient!!!!! Aber natürlich nicht nur er, alle waren mehr als freundlcih, herzlichen Glückwunsch für diese tollen Mitarbeiter. Die Wellnessabteilung haben wir mit Massagen und diversen Gesichtsbehandlungen natürlich gerne angenommen, auch hier blieben keine Wünsche offen und auch hier sehr nette Menschen um uns herum. Das Spa in seiner Gesamtheit mit Pools, Saunabereich, Gipfelspa, Ruhebereich etc sehr, sehr ansprechend. Einzig was uns nicht so gut gefiel war das Comfort-Zimmer mit dem Teppichboden. Aber wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und gleich ein Zimmer ohne Teppichboden gewählt. Danke für die schöne Auszeit! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Renate L.

ein fantastisches Hotel - die Ambiance und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist herzerwärmend und nicht mehr zu überbieten. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. SEHR zu empfehlen..wir kommen gerne wieder. wer über diese Hotel eine negative Bewertung abgiebt - dem sein Leben ist zu bemitleiden

+Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter +feines, grosszügiges Wellness -architektonisches Durcheinander, vor allem im Innenbereich -Küche bescheiden -Zimmergrösse (auch beim Komfortzimmer) -4 Sterne würden dem ganzen Angebot eher entsprechen

Zeit bei Freunden, dieser Slogan ist nicht nur ein Satz, sondern wird vom gesamten Team gelebt. Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Hotel, welches über die Jahre immer wieder erweitert und verbessert wurde, hat seine Sterne verdient. Der Wellnessbereich ist gross und schön. 2 Schwimmbecken die ihren Namen verdienen, ein Natursee und 2 Onsenbäder in einer separten Wellnesslandschaft nur für Erwachsene. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Yoga von erfahrenen Kursleiterinnen durchgeführt. Massagen sind ein Muß, denn die Auswahl ist riesig. Die Küche lädt zum Schlemmen ein. Auf Sonderwünsche wird gerne reagiert und in Absprache umgesetzt. Im Zentrum gelegen, ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wunderbares Hotel mit angenehm ruhiger Atmosphäre. Das stets freundliche, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Team, gibt dir ein warmes Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Dazu die liebe Gastgeber Familie Frank ... Für mich passt hier einfach alles ... Komfort, Hotel Ausstattung mit Charme und liebevoll abgestimmten, unterschiedlichen "Themenwelten". Das Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Bar läd ein auf ein Gläschen (oder zwei) ☺️ Ich bin gerne Gast im schönen Frank's und komme ganz sicher wieder - Dankeschön ihr Lieben ❤️

Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel, guter Service. Allgemein weder Personal noch vom Service her nicht aufdringlich. Leider in der Garage nur eine Ladestation für Elektroautos, welche zudem dauernd von Nicht-Elektroautos besetzt war.
