Jederzeit hilfsbereite und vorkommende Mitarbeiter. Sehr schöne Lage (Panoramafenster, mitten in der Piste) weg von der Strasse. Wir konnten sogar unser E-Auto laden. Die Austattung des Zimmers entspricht die typische Alpenflair (viel Holz, usw.) Sehr gutes Essen in Bio-Qualität.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - auch als Familie mit Kindern im Alter zwischen 2 bis 8. Das Frühstücksbüffet und Salatbüffet am Abend, welches es vor Corona gab haben wir etwas vermisst - ansonsten war das Essen ausgezeichnet! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

BIO ist leider nicht gleich ÖKO (ÖL-Heizung, Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier, Firmenfahrzeuge etc.). In diesem Bereich ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Essen ist SEHR lecker, aber als Vegetarier:in hat man beim Abendmenü keine Auswahl. Kritische Rückfragen wurden befremdlich behandelt, hierbei fühlt man sich als Gast nicht wertgeschätzt und die Umsetzung fehlte teilweise (3 Tage lang wurde in der Corona-Zeit der Desinfektionsspender vor dem Restaurant - trotz mehrfacher Hinweise - nicht nachgefüllt.
