Fast perfektes Haus
Das einzig störende war die Tatsache daß man vom Zimmer-Hotel zum Restaurant und Frühstücksraum im
Haupthaus über die straße und durch den Hof gehen muß.
Bei Nacht, Kälte und Regen war das nicht angenehm.
Ganz besonders hat das Restaurant mit dem sehr guten
Koch gefallen. Nur einmal war das Restaurant ohne Vor-
warnung abends geschlossen. Sehr schlechte Überraschung!

Good central location.
Nice hotel in a good location. Hotel restaurant was sadly close but we did manage to get a meal near by. First class breakfast included in room price.

Unfreundliche Eigentümerin & zu teuer
Negativ:
Das Zimmer (Komfort) entsprach nicht den Bildern und der Ausstattung. Aussage der Eigentümerin: "Ich kann nicht jedes Bild hochladen".
Wir wurden am Tag vor der Abreise um 23:05 Uhr geweckt und aufgefordert, unverzüglich zu zahlen.
Auf Nachfrage, wo dies denn stand (nicht bei ********** aufgelistet), äußerte sie, dass dies in den Informationen in der Mappe stehe, die im Zimmer ausgelegt sei und dass sie nicht mehr machen könne, als das dort aufzuschreiben.
Es ist in Ordnung, dass sie die Bezahlung am Vortag wünscht, es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Information beim Check-In mitgeteilt werden würde, bevor man in der Nacht geweckt wird.
Positiv:
Gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück.
Sauberer Saunabereich (muss jedoch am Vortag reserviert werden).
Fazit: Wegen Preis und Eigentümerin nicht zu empfehlen.

Beautiful property, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, great updated bathroom. I loved the view of the alps and walking around the area. Wish I could stay one more night!

Desastre total, la ciudad preciosa el personal del hotel impresentable. Nos ofendió desde el primer momento con sus gritos injustificados , seguimos sin entender como a pesar del buen comportamiento de nuestras 2 familias , por qué en lugar de hablar gritaba y ofendía. Pensamos que mostraron esa hostilidad porque éramos españoles, si no acreditas pureza de sangre, este no es tu hotel.

La casa de los horrores. Lugar detestable, donde su dueña maltrata a sus clientes, con una falta de respeto constante, gritos y mala educación. Nunca recomendaría este hotel, la estancia y servicio nefastos. Nunca me he sentido tan a disgusto en un lugar. Avispas por todas partes, dentro de la habitación y navegando en la mermelada. La dueña te indica que las normas están en un libro en la habitación y no te explica nada, de modo que la noche anterior a nuestra salida, vino a buscarnos a la habitación para obligarnos a hacer el pago, norma que consta en las normas pero que nadie te cuenta. Durante el desayuno y tras este episodio no dejó de increparme y de gritarme por el salón del desayuno. Tras avisarnos de no poder usar la terraza y de no poder coger nada más del desayuno a las 10, los empleados cogieron su almuerzo y fueron a la terraza, algo de poco respeto por supuesto y de muy mala orientación al servicio y al cliente. Presumen de terraza y spa y no puedes utilizarlos, ni siquiera ver la terraza. No volvería jamás y espero que puedan leerme y tomen nota.
