Great wee hotel,great location,great price and wouldn’t hesitate to return,small but spotlessly clean and less than 5 minutes from pier,we have stayed in oban a few times now and stayed at several different venues,and for us this is ideal and can’t be beaten for value for money.

Really nice hotel. Doesn’t look much from the outside, but modern rooms, great showers. Really good breakfast. Had avocado on toast and was delicious. It doesn’t have views, but of course you can go for a walk for views! Don’t get why people use air bnb when you can get great family rooms in hotels like this

Best in Oban.
From check in to check out I’ve no complaints, staff easy to deal with amd so friendly, nice comfortable bed and hot shower what more do you need.
I also left an article of clothing so phoned up the next day and the staff posted it back to me, fantastic service.
Room was spotless and the housekeeping was perfect.

This is a smashing wee hotel . Warm, inviting atmosphere- friendly and helpful staff. Modern , decor . Easy to find your way around and so convenient for the town. It was great to listen to the ducks in the river below rather than traffic noise .. The breakfast was made up of fresh produce and everything you need to start the day . Would stay again 👍
