This is a charming family-run hotel in Oaxaca. The place is spotless, with a great rooftop for breakfast—delicious, cheap, and with free coffee in the morning! The staff were super friendly and always smiling.
I know photos doesn’t look great but it’s much, much nicer in real!
The only minor issue is the main door at night—it’s locked, so you’ll need to knock and might wait a bit if the staff are asleep. Other than that, it’s clean, affordable, and full of character. Highly recommend!

There are no windows, and the water pressure in the shower is weak. However, the bathroom is kept clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The courtyard and rooftop are also lovely spaces. Considering the market price in the area, it is reasonable and comfortable, and I would recommend it to others overall.
