My experience at this motel was, unfortunately, one of the worst I’ve ever had. I understand it’s a budget option, but there are certain minimum standards that simply weren’t met.
The Negatives:
• Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. The carpet felt sticky, and there were stains on the bedding and curtains. I even spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, which was horrifying.
• Smell: The room had a strong, musty odor, and the air freshener they used to mask it made things worse.
• Noise: The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything from loud neighbors to the sound of cars in the parking lot. I barely slept because of the noise.
• Amenities: The advertised “free Wi-Fi” barely worked, and the TV was outdated with limited channels. The bathroom had no hot water, and the towels provided were thin and scratchy.
The Positives: The only good thing I can say is that the check-in process was quick. The staff was indifferent but not outright rude.
Final Thoughts: I would not recommend this motel to anyone unless it

A true genuine absolute flea bag dumpster dive. Walk around the floors for 30 seconds and your feet or socks will look like you’ve been walking on charcoal. Is it too much for them to shampoo the carpets like even once a year? Everything broken, including the front door. Filthy. Smelly. Thin, stained towels. Torn bedding with cigarette burns. Bad plumbing. Depressing. Shame because the location is stellar. They should implode this hell hole and start over.

Tv , I can’t believe who use this model and size in the world
Telephone always doesn’t work
They never pay back despite without not reson
Ice machine also beverages Mashin just for decorating
It was very expensive when I compared with Jack London inn w embarcadero
That is just 60% motel 6 but very larger cleaner a lot stuffs like soap and shampoo plus towels

The reception staff are rude and arrogant. They should change the reception or close the hotel because the ceilings in some rooms are in poor condition and pose a risk of collapse.

The rep Becky was amazing. Outgoing, helpful, and kind. Thank you for showing me it doesn't have to end in a bad day. The room was even clean, TV had a remote and worked, AC worked, fridge and microwave worked too. Thank you Becky for your amazing customer service. You're amazing
