The room was good and the service was very warm and polite. The location is in the center of Auckland, ten minutes drive from Auckland Airport (if there is no traffic jam). At night, the road is noisy and someone plays music, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.
