The room was clean, the parking was convenient, and the breakfast was decent, but the door handle design of the bathroom in the room we lived in was very unreasonable, resulting in a lot of blood being cut by the door when I opened the door in the shower! Although the front desk provides hemostatic drugs, it is not very easy to walk today, and I am considering whether to claim!

The overall room quality was okay, but the cleanliness and service were far from perfect. I changed rooms twice, and the third room I was given still had numerous issues. The first room had sticky floors, and the second room had long hairs all over the floor. When I moved to the third room, I was specifically told to be aware of the hair problem. The front desk told me the manager had personally checked, but the room was still full of hair. I finally vacuumed it, but afterward, I discovered long hairs still on the sofa and what looked like snot on the wall. It was a bit disgusting. Furthermore, when I booked the room on my first day, I clearly requested a quiet, non-corner room away from the elevator, but the front desk didn't arrange it in advance. I had to change my room card two or three times before I was able to get one. It was quite inefficient. However, there are some advantages. The hotel is in a great location, right between the old and new parts of the city, making it very convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The hotel's facilities are also quite good. After all, it's a new hotel, so the facilities are in relatively good condition. The view from the window is also nice.

I feel that inns and B&Bs are not very reliable. If you want the bedding to be changed after each guest, you have to rely on luck. Leaving aside the cheap ones, even those that cost hundreds of dollars will only give you a makeshift one. So after staying in a smelly inn or B&B for two days, returning to a properly managed hotel in the city gave me a feeling of returning to the world. I took a fragrant shower, washed my clothes, and had a good sleep on the dry and soft bed. The bath water is very big. The hotel has its own parking lot. The disadvantage is that the washer-dryer in the laundry room is not easy to use and cannot dry the clothes. They have to be hung out in a simple drying cabinet. The hotel has developed to this level, why not equip it with two dedicated dryers?
