房間環境絕佳，推開門就是高山湖泊，非常棒，服務員旦巴服務也很好，酒店離高山牧場和扎西崗村都很近，特別有中世紀歐洲那種感覺，也有現代瑞士小鎮感覺，同時又特別有藏式特色，酒店很細心，走的時候還貼心地送了特產

這次在魯朗入住的藏式酒店徹底顛覆了我對318沿線住宿的認知！獨棟兩層的藏式木屋寬敞又特色，推窗就是雪山和湖泊，隨手一拍都是大片。免費贈送的魯朗石鍋雞分量十足，配上米線和配菜，兩個人吃得超滿足。服務員超級貼心，不僅接送行李，還告訴我們小鎮晚上有篝火晚會。最驚喜的是退房時還送了氂牛奶做的奶片，孩子特別愛吃！這樣的體驗，絕對是川藏網上最值得住的酒店，五星推薦！

魯朗數一數二的酒店，恆大的酒店品牌值得信賴，不踩雷。設施和服務都很好！送的晚餐（石鍋雞）也非常不錯！早餐也很豐富！周圍環境非常棒！就在湖邊，我們住在二樓推窗看湖！

林芝魯朗的海拔還是給了我一個下馬威，入藏後的第三天到達海拔3400米的地區過夜，這家酒店似乎是鎮上唯一配有製氧機的酒店。但夜裡還是頭痛、睡不着覺，還吐了。謝謝工作人員夜裡幫我們清理了房間，還給我父母那邊又搬了一個製氧機去。也謝謝巴普管家的細緻周到服務。

入住的時候，大堂衹有一個工作人員，連一個搬行李的禮賓都沒有。後面有個管家加了微信，不過也是不怎麼理人，退房的時候行李自己走樓梯搬到二樓大堂。 攜程下單時顯示的歡迎水果也是沒有的，問了才送來。總之，這個酒店透着蕭條，苟延殘喘的感覺，建議住隔壁保利雅途，避雷恆大。

暑假林芝自駕在魯朗恆大酒店入住一晚，酒店挨着魯朗湖，環境非常棒，入住贈送了石鍋雞，吃完晚飯繞湖轉一圈兒。房間有製氧機，服務的小夥子也非常樸實熱情，加了前台巴普的微信，有事微信説反應非常快。恆大酒店是318自駕魯朗歇腳的不錯選擇
