酒店位於市區與尼洋河畔，員工很友好，早餐質量符合高級酒店水平，周圍很多西藏特產店，可以給家人朋友帶伴手禮。

非常老的酒店作為四星酒店沒有地暖沒有空調衹有一個取暖器。晚上凍到了，現在發燒中。
房間有黴味太難受了。
訂酒店時附贈的水果沒有送。
唯一可以的是前台和客房服務。
