服務好，因為調房與否，值班經理親自到房間詢問解釋，體現了酒店的服務意識很高。

我們訂的全景套房，先説優點，景觀不錯，早餐還可以。但是，酒店達不到五星級水準，差距比較大。入住當天跟我們説晚上7點就沒晚餐了，但當地正常一般也得八點吃飯。沒有一次性的馬桶套，浴缸套。浴缸挺好，就是擺設。服務意識也比較差，正常行政房間的下午茶，晚餐均沒有。我們之後會換到當地其他酒店，看看是否都是如此。

超級開心，我和我老公的補度蜜月選擇了汀樾觀堂。
房間佈置得很漂亮，客房人員還親自送了蛋糕和水果
酒店很漂亮，拍了很多漂亮照片。
感謝酒店所有服務人員的熱情招待。
晚餐很好吃，餐廳服務我們的小姐姐也非常可愛，幫買保存西瓜，還給特地給我去找冰塊。
