Popular Nuremberg 4-star Hotels

People, pay attention: when you get to your rooms, always check the a/c, especially in the summer. It seems this hotel has huge problems with the a/c and the whole management and no matter if the a/c is broken in the rooms, they'll still put you there and charge you the absolutely same amount of money as for a ”normal” room. Absolutely unacceptable for NH Collection, excuse me!! My case: I went to my room and thought everything is ok. 4 hours later I figured out that the a/c doesn't cool down the room, but only the ventilation & heating functions are working. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me: ”I can't do anything right now, you just open your window and tomorrow when the technician can't repair the a/c, your room will be changed”. ***?! Really?! NH Collection?? On the next day they have me another room, where the a/c worked exactly for 24h. On the day I had to check-out, the a/c stopped working as well. The lady at the reception only said: ” Oh, also this room needs to be repaired”. When she opened her list, there were at least 10 rooms marked red with broken a/c. In sum: Never again there!!!

Very good and clean hotel! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast! The location is good even it’s not in the downtown. The transportation is convenient. It took 15 minutes to get to the downtown from the hotel.

The Wifi was terrible. I checked in and the front desk gave me a room card after a long time. When I opened the door, a man in shorts appeared... I went down to the front desk again and they said that there was probably a problem with the system. Then both of them said sorry without any apology and upgraded my room. I was so tired that I didn't bother to argue with them. The upgraded rooms have the same facilities, but they are larger and have a bathtub in the bathroom.

The room is clean and comfortable, the floor is high, and there is a panoramic view of the train station outside the window. The location is excellent, the service is very good, the breakfast is delicious, and I will definitely stay again next time I go

Beautiful hotel, central location, clean. Excellent swimming pool and spa. Excellent service, I forgot a sweatshirt in the room (a gift I am very fond of) and immediately they found it and sent it to my home address. Nice and good breakfast. Super recommended!

The location is perfect hence it is next to the train station. The old city is within easy reach. I haven’t booked breakfast so I can’t tell whether it is good or not. Anyways, there are plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets to have a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly, speaks good English and I particularly liked the smell everywhere at this hotel. All in all and enjoyable stay. I may book it next time going to Nürnberg again.

The hotel environment is good, there is a swimming pool, there is a lake nearby, you can run, the weather in September is still good, it is worth a visit, the breakfast is also good. The only thing that may be certain is that the front desk service is average, but this is not uncommon in Germany

The hotel is right next to the German National Museum, with supermarkets and Thai restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. The hotel service is very enthusiastic, and the front desk guy is very enthusiastic to help with nearby parking lots. On the night of our arrival, our tire pressure was low, and the guy also helped guide us to the repair location, very patiently. I would like to come to Nuremberg again if I have the chance.

Wir waren dort für eine Nacht. Die Lage ist super. Der Parkplatz ist mit 20€ pro Nacht etwas überteuert. 12€ für den Parkplatz wären meiner Meinung nach angemessen. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir nicht mit Frühstück oder ähnliches gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Fenstervorhänge hatten leider dunkle Flecken. Dies wurde dem Personal beim Check-out mitgeteilt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

A good hotel in itself. Breakfast is really great. Room is clean. I just thought it was a shame when I checked in that, despite having booked a double bed, I was given a room with two single beds on the grounds that I could push the two beds together to make one. Because that's the same as a double bed. :( It's like ordering baked potatoes in a restaurant and instead being served fried chips on the grounds that they're made from potatoes. So I lost points for the service.
