Kinda difficult to do the self check-in. Must get an access code to enter the apartment and complete the entire check-in process.
The rooms are basically perfect though.

Gut: - Ausstattung des Apartments - Lage - Sauberkeit - Schallschutz bei geschlossenen Fenstern - guter Lichtschutz in der Nacht durch die Vorhänge Schlecht: - Am Check-in Terminal wird nicht kommuniziert, warum die Anmeldung nicht klappt. Niemand erreichbar zur Unterstützung. - Sowohl unser Apartment, als auch das unserer Freunde stank nach Kläranlage - Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Der Thermostat suggeriert, dass man die Temperatur wählen kann, aber das einzige was beeinflussbar ist, ist die Stärke des Ventilators. Das Kühlaggregat ist abgeschaltet. Hier wird der Gast irregeführt. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war dadurch so hoch, dass man die Fenster öffnen musste und jetzt sorgte der extreme Lärm der nahen Hauptstraße, verstärkt durch die Häuserschlucht, dafür, das man trotzdem nicht vernünftig schlafen konnte.

Unser Kurzurlaub im Appartement war sehr schön. Es lief alles reibungslos und die Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit waren mehr als der Standard. Wir waren rundum glücklich und würden wieder kommen, wenn wir nochmal in Nürnberg sind.

Einzige Abstriche: Kein TV, auf fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten beim Haus könnte hingewiesen werden im Vorfeld.

spacious and clean
The room was very spacious and clean, good kitchen facilities. Aircon kept noice, but actually did not cool the room at all. Note that there is no tv in the room. Good location close to railway station. Good grocery shop nearby. Easy self-check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable small apartment, great location
Very comfortable small apartment in tidy and clean building with a nice entrance a lobby. auto check in was easy. Location is great near train station and inner city, while also being affordable.
