ich habe das zimmer auf den Namen von meinem Bruder gebucht und wollte dass er nicht auf der straße schläft, er machte eine sehr schwere woche durch. ich war sehr enttäuscht als er mir am nächsten mirgen geschrieben hat, dass sein bett kein bezug drauf hatte, nur kochendheißes wasser, kein kalt wasser (also auch keine toilettespülung) und es war sehr staubig und dreck war auch nicht zu übersehen. Er hat, nach 2 oder 3 mal anrufen, endlich jemaden erreichen können...im zimmer musste er bleiben, das Geld, so wurde ihm versprochen, wird zurück erstattet. Bis jetzt habe ich keine Rückmeldung, oder Entschuldigung bekommen. Das find ich so schade...ich habe echt gehofft dass er sich in dieser nacht erholen kann bei euch, aber das ist ja unfassbar.

An der Wand im Badezimmer klebten sehr viele Haare und das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen im Einzelzimmer.
Das Frühstück finde ich für 14€ auch etwas dürftig. Auf der Webseite wird ein Buffet angepriesen, welches nicht vorhanden ist.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage im Hinterhof.

Extrem nettes Personal!
Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und extrem hellhörig (z.B. man hört, wenn nebenan ein Stecker in die Steckdose gesteckt wird).
Als Geschäftsreise nur bedingt tauglich: Steckdosen gibt es nur am Bett! - kein Stuhl / Schreibtisch, WLAN hat zumindest in meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert.
Deshalb finde ich den Preis (144€ ohne Frühstück) in der auch nicht besten Lage von Nürnberg ambitioniert.

The hotel wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dust under my bed and spider webs on lamps. My bigger issue was with reception, because on Saturday morning, there was no one when I wanted to check out so I had to just left keys there, because after waiting 20 minutes I had to go to catch a train.
