First of all, the password-locked door outside is a mystery. I entered the password given in the email, but it couldn't be opened at all. I still had to have someone go out to open it for me. Secondly, have you ever seen a hotel that doesn't even provide quilts? I've seen it, and it's the first time in my two years of life that I've seen it. In Germany in November, the night temperature was in the single digits. I took out the mattress and survived the night with a bath towel. Is this really a hotel in Germany? It really made me laugh.

If you're looking for affordable accommodation in a central location in Nuremberg, you've come to the right place. I was looking for a room with a bathroom. It's an old hotel with outdated furnishings, but for the price, it was clean, and there were towels, shower gel, and soap, and even a hairdryer in the bathroom. However, the information regarding check-in and breakfast options is incorrect - neither on the website nor here on the booking portal. Check-in was only possible via a check-in machine, and breakfast is unfortunately not offered at the moment due to a lack of staff. The biggest criticism is that the key code for the hotel's outer door isn't given anywhere, so I had to ring the bell at 4 a.m. and ask for the code. Luckily, someone answered, and the friendly gentleman gave me the key code. The hotel could save itself a lot of work and hassle if it passed the information directly and correctly on to hotel guests. Since the hotel already has vending machines, it would also make sense to offer a coffee machine and breakfast snacks in a vending machine. Now that I know the process, I would stay at this hotel again at my next opportunity.

It was okay just for an overnight stay, but the fact that the shower doesn't work or is only cold is completely unacceptable. There's no breakfast, but according to the staff, this has been mentioned several times and should be removed from the booking website.
