It's on the top floor, so the room is spacious. And it's well-maintained, so it's very clean. The windows open, so it's comfortable and nice. The bed is very wide, so I was able to roll around by myself. The old town is just across the street, and the central station is right there.

The location is perfect. It was very convenient because the central station, tram, U-Bahn, and Flixbus terminals were all right in front. Old Town is also close.
It is in the same building as Le Meridien Grand Hotel.
The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are high, so it is cool. It was recently remodeled, so everything is clean.
It is on the main street, but it is not noisy.
I don't like carpets, but it was okay because it was not that old.
There is air conditioning, and there is free water and fruit in the lobby.

This lack of communication from the reception staff was frustrating, especially as I would have chosen to book a different hotel had I known.
