The room is big enough, with a washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. It is about a 5-minute walk from the old town, and there are many restaurants around. The breakfast is rich and of good quality.

I know Adina from Munich and the Adina Munich also serves as a benchmark here. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need. The fully equipped mini kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dishes is particularly great. The bed was comfortable, not lumpy. Despite the central location and the room on the 1st floor, you didn't hear the noise from the street in the hotel room. Unfortunately, I got a room in the stairwell and every time someone walked through the stairwell, the heavy fire door closed with a loud bang. I would recommend requesting a room at the top of the 5th floor when checking in. ☺️ The wellness area is in the basement here, which is not as luxurious as the Adina Munich, as it is on the 14th floor and you have a wide view over Munich. It still has everything you need such as fitness equipment, pool and sauna. In the sauna area I would have liked a water dispenser and small snacks such as some fruit. That's appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The infusion spoon is defective and needs to be replaced. In addition, many hotel guests do not have a strong sense of hygiene and immediately jump into the pool completely sweaty after taking a sauna.😩 Perhaps this behavior can be remedied with signs indicating that you should shower beforehand. 😅 The service is good, bath towels were quickly replenished if they were empty. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can also buy a frozen pizza in the hotel and bake it yourself. I think the idea is great but for €8 you can almost order a pizza. In my opinion the price is too high... Conclusion: a good hotel that simply offers something more. I can recommend it.

Great but stains on the sofa, otherwise great👍👍👍👍 Breakfast ok, could have more choice, pool 👌👌👌👌 but we will be back!!! You can reach everything on foot
