The beach at Nungwi Dreams is peaceful and quite. Ideal for a perfect getaway. High standard of leaving which I could recommend any day any hour. The breakfast buffet wow it's the best that I have ever experienced in Zanzibar.

Very good resort. Facilities are top quality and well-maintained. Food was very yummy, although breakfast could offer more variety for a 5-star hotel (e.g. there was no smoked salmon for breakfast - I consider salmon to be standard at 5-star hotels catering to international clientele). Staff are well-trained and very professional. The resort also offers spa services as well as tour bookings, but we did not avail of these. For our travel dates the all-inclusive package on trip.com was by far the best value for money compared to booking directly or through any other website. One potential area for improvement is the provision of a mini rack on the balcony/veranda where guests can hang up wet clothes after a tour - would be a nice thing, which I've seen at some other resorts, as some guests just want their clothes to dry, not necessarily washed.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude, welcome drinks are provided, and the location is a little far from the main beach of Nongwei. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful, and you can go to the beach after low tide, which is a special experience. But the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive and not worth it!

The experience exceeded expectations. Every layout is very thoughtful and considerate, and the service is meticulous. I have been to Sangdao, and I don't dare to have too high expectations for hotels, from facilities to hygiene, but this one really exceeded expectations

The accommodation was clean and all the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and nice to play in, and I also enjoyed using the bar. However, I had to walk about 10 minutes to Neungwi Beach, but there was a sea right in front of the accommodation, so the pool/ocean view was nice.

First time encountering a hotel trying to kick customers out. The day before check-out, I asked me about the check-out time. I had a spa that ended at 11 o'clock the next morning, so I said I would check out at 12 o'clock. The hotel asked me what time to check out and didn't say that 12 o'clock is not allowed. After I finished my massage, the front desk insisted on forcing me to check out at 11 o'clock. They also said that 11 o'clock is the mandatory check-out time, but they gave me the room next door. People have the option to check out at 1 o'clock. The black guy at the front desk has a very bad attitude. He has been forcing me to check out, and he will never stay in a hotel again. He doesn't treat customers as human beings at all. The hotel asked me the preferred check-out time, and I replied the time I wanted. But now I don't accept the account, and I have to force to check out. Extremely bad experience. If you don't want to spend money and are so unhappy, don't come here.
