The room was not cleaned during the stay (ok, no problem, it was not needed anyway), and no replacement towels were provided. You had to go to the front desk to get them every day. Parents and children were in the same room, and towels and bath towels were not provided for the children, but when we asked at the front desk, they were happy to lend us towels and bath towels for the children.
