Stayed here for a Family Wedding. Excellent accommodation and very friendly owner. Room had all the amenities you could wish for. Recommended.

The owner Perry from answering the door to saying goodbye at the end of our visit could not have been more helpful, polite and caring. The room was clean , well appointed, an excellent wet room bath room . Towels and good quality toiletries were supplied. Tea making facilities, tv, microwave desk chair, in fact the facilities were a lot better than some hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could want was available. I would have no problem recommending to anyone looking for a very reasonable homely accommodation thank you Perry.

Lovely location, lots of pubs around. Me and my son stayed, lovely clean modern room. The only thing was missing was curtains as the blinds didn't block enough light out and the tv ideally could have been a smart tv. Other than that, very welcoming, clean, beautiful bathrooms. Surrounding garden was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely too.

What a find ! I was looking for somewhere handy for some work I had locally and found this great little place. Perry and Paul (hope I got your names right !) are so friendly and helpful. I was told 5pm for check in but they were so accommodating when I asked if I could check in earlier. The room was clean and had all the mod cons I needed - including strong wi-fi for my work. I was leaving before breakfast (starts at 0730), but Perry couldn't do enough for me and she rustled up a lovely bacon sarnie for me to take away in the morning. I'll definitely be back when work brings me to the area again.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Very clean throughout. Host very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Comfy clean beds and linen. Breakfast was served fresh and tasty. Surrounding garden was a bonus.

Very well equipment room. Spotlessly clean. Snacks and d soft drinks provided free of charge. Excellent well presented breakfast with good quality ingredients. Friendly service. Beautiful courtyard. Will definitely return. Wound highly recommend.

What a lovely little place. Despite an initial misunderstanding about our booking, the host couldn't have been more accommodating. A well- stocked and clean room, a quiet setting, friendly conversation and an amazing breakfast, I couldn't fault a thing.

Friendly, clean and reasonably priced B&B. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Room well equipped. Location is very convenient for Nottingham. Nice pubs in Lowdham within walking distance for meals. Very happy.
