Stayed here for a Family Wedding. Excellent accommodation and very friendly owner. Room had all the amenities you could wish for. Recommended.

Inexplicable double booking which was not questioned by the host but she checked in my partner and me on her error booking which was for 1 guest but host provided breakfast for 2 people?? so clearly she knew we were together. Claims i was a no show on my booking but I spoke to her the night before so why didn't she call or message to ask where I was? and i spoke to her when we arrived and at breakfast so she knew I was already there with my partner so classing me as a no show is very disingenuous!! Nice place and whilst host comes across very friendly its really disappointing host is not prepared to manage this issue with a refund or even partial refund. Not how we run our business.

A warm welcome, a comfortable and well equipped room and a great breakfast. I stayed here for the location because I was visiting Southwell racecourse.
There is a good pub just down the road for an evening meal as well.

Absolutely a gem of a find We were greeted by the delightful Perry who had us up to speed regarding where to eat The room was spotless,bedding so comfortable it was a shame we were there only one night Full English in the morning spot on,we shall return
