Fantastic check-in experience, bag storage on check-out, friendly helpful staff, always smiling, room clean and well prepared. A real change from the usual feeling of being an inconvenience when checking-in to other hotels. Special mention to Saf for her courteous manner.

We stayed for a night and overall had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located. Around 15 minutes walk from Nottingham train station and easy walking distance to restaurants and the reason why we stayed to see a performance at Theatre Concert Hall, less than 10mins walk away. Check in was long but I guess that was because check in is from 3pm. Corridors and rooms were clean. The only disappointment of our stay was due to a rowdy guest staying either next to or near our room being very loud in the corridor and in their room during the early hours of the morning (3am ish)!! Other guests must have complained as I heard a member of staff knocking on their door. Inconsiderate muppets - due to them I was knackered the next morning having own slept a few hours. So if you are reading this, I hope your asking “Ash what are you doing” on repeat and profanities in your room was beneficial to you as my family and I and other guests did not find it amusing and we paid money to stay at the hotel too and to sleep!! We ate breakfast the next morning, me being half asleep and I want to give credit to the wonderful staff on duty that morning (29.12.24), the lovely lady “Alex” was super friendly and helpful as was one of the kitchen chef (Chinese guy) whom made me a lovely bowl of porridge to perfection and with a friendly professionalism. Thank you Premier Inn.
