Everything’s clean as always . The staff are a credit to the company . They were also friendly and very helpful . Used the Restaurant for 3 days and it was lovely . 2 ladies looked after us for the duration . Both long standing staff of over 20 years each. I think it was Mel and Amanda . Both fantastic

Me and my friends stayed here around Christmas time and we had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and happily helped us when we had questions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again

Speedy check in with no problems! Room was very clean as was bathroom! Asked for extra pillows which were given to us again no problems! This was a family trip with my husband and 2 children. We dined in the beefeater restaurant for our evening meal food was outstanding and the staff were great. I have no complaints will definitely return!!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Great location with transport links. Also a nice quiet location. Stayed with my children in December. Nothing was too much for the staff on duty. Lewis was particularly friendly and helpful.Will defo stay again! 10/10

Rooms were kept very clean , bedding was comfy and clean. lovely staff that were happy to help with any queries and requests. Great selection of food and drinks at great prices. All in all an excellent gaff with clean rooms , friendly staff !!!

While staying here nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for visiting family and friends around Nottingham. The beefeater restaurant does a really good breakfast and drinks. The rooms are cozy and we would definitely stay again!

Worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Arrived 40 minutes before check in time due to worry free traffic and were advised that the room was ready but would still have to pay £10 to check in! Decided to go for food instead of paying the check in fee only to be advised they were not serving food all weekend to people who did not have booking due to supply issues. This meant we had to find somewhere else to eat. It would have been nice to have been notified by Premier Inn of this issue as we could have eaten elsewhere on journey. The customer service of the staff was unhelpful and not at all welcoming.
