Premier Inn Nottingham West

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I was impressed with the size and quality of the room. The bed was comfortable, good size ensuite and TV. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay and staff were friendly. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Visiting the UK to see family. Lovely stay. Good breakfast and comfortable all around. The staff were great, and helped upon arrival very swiftly despite their being a queue ahead of me. Checkout was smooth and easy, and would happily stay again.

Lovely stay, great nights sleep with a very comfy bed!! Extremely clean rooms. Will recommend to my work colleagues as we do a lot of hotel stays with work! Will definitely return if I am back in the area again! Thankyou for an enjoyable stay!!

I had an extremely bad experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was freezing cold, even though the outside temperature was below freezing. We expected the room to be warm and comfortable, ready for us to relax, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the heater wasn’t working. We had to go to reception and request a room change. The second room wasn’t much better – it was cold as well and took over two hours to heat up. We were forced to sit in the cold with our kids, unable to relax. This was unacceptable and has never happened to me in any hotel I’ve stayed in before. The problems didn’t stop there. Later, when my friends (who had booked two additional rooms) came to my room to chat and spend some time together, one of your staff members followed them, knocked on my door, and when I didn’t open it, he unlocked the door himself and entered without permission. He rudely demanded that my friends leave, claiming we were being too loud, even though we weren’t. He then threatened to evacuate us into the heavy snow if my friends didn’t leave the room immediately. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior left us feeling unsafe and humiliated. My kids were scared and traumatized by the incident, and it completely ruined our stay. I’ve stayed at Premier Inn many times before and never had such an awful experience. Their rooms are always warm and welcoming, and their staff are polite and respectful – unlike what I encountered at your hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of basic hospitality, professionalism, and respect for guests is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed with friends for new years eve, very lovely, clean and warm rooms, loved the purple light above the bed! Receptionist friendly and welcoming, provided extra towels when we asked in the morning. Bar just next door, tram stop next to the hotel, very convenient! Great place 🥰

A couple of friends and I stayed here as we were going to see Pete Tong at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. This Premier Inn is conveniently located right next to Phoenix Park & Ride tram station, where the tram will take you right into the city centre. It's also only about a 20 minute drive by car/taxi from the hotel into Nottingham. There's also free onsite parking directly next to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. I stayed in a standard double room, which was very spacious and the bed was really comfy. There was also lots of space to keep clothes and other personal belongings. The shower was nice and powerful too! We also opted for the Unlimited Premier Inn Breakfast. This meant that we were able to enjoy a cooked breakfast with all the classic full English items, plus there was a wide range of pastries, yoghurts and cereals to choose from which we also enjoyed. As the breakfast was unlimited, we were able to go back for seconds (in fact, a few visits were made to the different stations as there was so much choice!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay which was excellent value. I'll definitely be staying here again.
