Lee & Helen are clearly some of Premier Inn's very best hosts, so kind, happy and helpful. Immaculately clean, quiet, warm bar area, perfect breakfast. All staff fantastic.

Super clean, friendly staff, and a good selection of at the restaurant, for breakfast and dinner as well (thanks Kal). 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the city center, this hotel is my top choice.

The hotel was a nice standard. Clean and comfortable. The reception staff were really helpful, with recommendations of places to visit in Nottingham. Morgan was especially helpful, i believe she was the manager on shift, but really made us feel welcome, which sometimes unfortunately doesn't happen in hotels

I had a lovely stay with very welcoming staff. The room was exceptionally clean and ideal for a business trip. Both the evening meal and breakfast were delightful.

Clean room and felt the breakfast had special attention, best one in a premier in yet. All staff were helpful and friendly, was greeted so lovely when we arrived and was given great advise how to get around Nottingham and too where we were going. Close by was good carpark and point arean and short walk to high street/city centre. Would recommend to others.

Stayed here for a work event as it was close by and the staff were amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. We were allocated a room near the lift which was really helpful. The breakfast was also really good I would definitely stay here again.

This premier inn is located beside a stagnant pond and overlooking a live music venue (Live Republic Nottingham). This is an issue. The music was so loud in the hotel room on the 5th floor that we could not hear the TV when we put it on. That is through double glazing. There is no air conditioning but if you open the windows to cool the room down the music is even louder The music is on until 22.00. I have no idea how this is allowed by the local authority. Just don’t book this premier inn, there are plenty of other options at reasonable prices elsewhere in the city
