A brilliantly beautiful resort. The pools are a sight to behold. The staff is to a one accommodating and lovely. The hotel is located close to Noto which the hotel provides an evening shuttle to; and close to Siracusa to easily visit. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The sound of the birds and smell of the flowers makes the hotel a sight and sound experience !

Il San Corrado Di Noto offre un'atmosfera rilassante e accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il personale è estremamente caloroso e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La colazione è davvero deliziosa, con una selezione di piatti freschi e gustosi che rendono ogni mattina un piacere. Un punto forte assoluto è il ristorante gourmet Principe di Belludia, che regala un'esperienza culinaria raffinata e indimenticabile. Ogni piatto è una vera e propria scoperta di sapori. L'unico piccolo dettaglio che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda lo spazio nell'armadio, che non è abbastanza lungo per appendere comodamente i pantaloni. Ma si tratta davvero di un dettaglio minimo rispetto all'eccezionale esperienza complessiva. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità, con un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort, eleganza e ottimo servizio.

La location è meravigliosa, baricentrica a tante città e borghi bellissimi. Immersa tra la fiabesca campagna ragusana e lo spettacolare mar mediterraneo, il silenzio avvolgente, quasi ti proteggesse, viene interrotto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e dal rilassante scroscio dell'acqua delle fontane. La pulizia e l'ordine sono ineccepibili. La colazione, così come il pranzo e la cena, sono l'apoteosi del buon cibo, ma quello che desidero puntualizzare è l'incredibile cura, attenzione, gentilezza di tutto il personale nei confronti del cliente e che, a mio parere, rappresenta sinceramente più di una ciliegina sulla torta.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Relais San Corrado due giorni ed ogni nostra aspettativa e’ stata superata. L’ hotel, situato in un’antica masseria sapientemente conservata e restaurata, costituisce una vera e propria oasi di pace. Infatti gli spazi ampi e curati nei minimi particolari, rendono possibile trascorrere una vacanza rilassante ed in assoluta privacy. La posizione della struttura, situata nella val di Noto, ci ha consentito di alternare a momenti di riposo, la scoperta dei simboli del barocco siciliano, ma anche di andare alla scoperta di incantevoli borghi quali Ortigia e Marzamemi. I sapienti consigli della direzione hanno saputo rispondere alla nostre curiosità sulle realtà enogastronomiche delle zone limitrofe, organizzando una visita con degustazione in una delle cantine situate nelle terre di origine del vitigno Nero d’Avola. Superba la proposta dei ristoranti presenti nella struttura, il ristorante gourmet dove abbiamo degustato piatti della tradizione siciliana ma anche riscoperto, in versione inedita, alcuni piatti che caratterizzano la gastronomia del nord Italia…una menzione particolare per gli agnolotti del plin semplicemente strepitosi. Non si puo’ non notare la grande attenzione all’esecuzione dei piatti ma anche la cura della mise en place che contribuisce a valorizzare ogni piatto rendendo unica l’esperienza dell’assaggio. E l’osteria Casa Pasta, dove abbiamo potuto assaporare in un’ atmosfera allegra e conviviale - anche grazie al sottofondo della musica dal vivo - alcuni piatti della cucina siciliana, ma anche una fragrante pizza gourmet. Un Relais Chateaux con grande personalita’.

Can't wait to go back
Exceptional property! Stunning facility and top-notch service without feeling awkwardly "over-serviced". The location is remote so it's best to have a car if you're planning on exploring. We really enjoyed the Poolside restaurant for dinner and ate there 3 times during our stay. The food was amazing and the entire dining service crew really made the experience absolutely delightful. They were professional, personable, and fun. Kept us coming back for more.
It's hard to describe how beautiful the pool and property is. Sometimes you see beautiful photos on the website and are then disappointed but here, the reality was actually even better than the pictures!

The owner is gracious and welcoming host. The hotel is an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Gorgeous pool-side rooms and suites. Excellent food. A most wonderful break from hotels in the middle of town. We have traveled in Europe many times; this place is special.
