Riverside Hotel

Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.
George Hotel, Signature Collection

It is very close to the down town, a 15-minute walk to the shopping center, and also to the famous Norwich Market and Norwich Castle. The hotel room is not big, but clean and tidy, it is recommended.
Holiday Inn Norwich

As soon as we walked in it was brilliant, all the staff were lovely, particularly the young girl on the reception and the restaurant manager. The room was lovely and clean, with great air conditioning. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package, they have a QR code ordering system which means you order, pay and food or drinks come to the table. Seems a great idea at this time with all the staff shortages. It was funny as I, by accident ordered 2 bottles of wine, but the staff were lovely and helped me out. They even gave us a side order instead of a starter which they didn’t have to. The food was good and very hot. My friend used the pool which she said was very good but there were no towels there at 07.00 hours. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and the hot buffet was actually very hot. We would definitely recommend this place
Marlborough Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and very safe, only a 6-minute walk from Norwich train station. The owner and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Although the hotel facilities are simple, hot water boilers and coffee are provided. If you need a hair dryer, you can ask the front desk attendant for one. There are ample charging plugs in the room, including USB sockets and TYPE C sockets, with advanced facilities. Bring your own toothbrush and slippers. Everything in the hotel is very clean. The shower faucet in the bathroom is very powerful and the hot water is very comfortable, which made me relax during these few days of travel. Thank you for making a good choice. This hotel is very good overall. I will definitely come back next time 😉

We will keep coming back here as the hotel is excellent, especially the ”Plus” rooms and the staff! In fact, we'll be back in roughly 6 weeks time. Again, Tracy is absolutely brilliant, really helpful and a lovely ”people person”going the extra mile to find us an early room!
