My wife and I stayed here for one night as we went to the Norwich Theatre Royal to see The Rocky Horror Show. The room was very clean and tidy, with tea and coffee provided in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor and overlooked the bus station. Nice views over the surrounding area. We had prebooked for breakfast and weren't disappointed. The meal was hot and fresh with plenty to eat. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in for a few days. We left our car at home and went to Norwich by bus from where we live. The bus station is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, so it was perfect for us.

Such good value on a Sunday. Saturday prices are 5 times more expensive. The usual clean, spacious room, comfy bed, and pillows The drawback is the lack of air conditioning, although the fan did help. The travelodge are like Ryanair- the basics are cheap and everything else is extra such as early check in, quiet room etc. There is a cafe with budget price meals plus a bar. All in all, it's worth staying here despite the noise from the bus station next door. Maybe not on a Saturday night, though.

The property needs updating and attention to detail. Cleaning needs to be better. Dirty pillows is unacceptable

The hotel was fine. Very good location and the room was good. |Reception staff were very friendly and professional. However, we opted to eat at the hotel using the evening meal deal as we were going to a show at the theatre and wanted to be sure we could eat in good time before the show began. When we arrived at the restaurant we were the only customers. We ordered our food but then had to wait nearly an hour for it to arrive. We asked several times when our food would arrive and we were told it would be another few minute (several times). When the food did arrive we were told the delay was because it was very hot in the kitchen! Another couple arrived to eat whilst we re waiting and were told food would be approximately 40 minutes to an hour "because they were so busy". At that point we were still the only people in the restaurant. When the food did arrive my chicken was overcooked and the chips were undercooked. My wife's pizza did not arrive and after asking it eventually arrived about 5 minutes later. The pizza was very good but unfortunately my wife did not have time to enjoy it because we had to leave to go to the show. We were given a free drink because of the delay but only after we asked for it because we had been waiting so long. We were going to order breakfast but decided against it. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable and very well located and we will stay there again because of its location but we will definitely not be eating there again.

With a Travelodge you get what you pay for - one night usually for a specific reason - in this case youngest sons graduation. This place ticked all the boxes, central location , secure parking next door, comfortable bed, no air con here as this is the UK but fan provided which was needed. What set this place apart was the friendly and helpful staff - special shout out to Cameron . All in all it did what it said on the tin.

Great staff , Good meals, relaxing atmosphere friendly service The staff took care of me while I stayed there. I've asked my wife to fill in the review. My husband was cared for to an impressive scale.

First class stay made so by the incredible staff who couldn’t do enough for us. On the slight down side the rooms have no air con but the reception will provide you as many fans as you want, the bathroom layout was designed poorly with the sink too close to the toilet and a work surface that trapped you4 thumb every time you operated the tap but all made better by the wonderful staff. Breakfast wasn’t the best either but the staff made it so these items paled into insignificance. Great place to stay with parking at the NCP next door.
