Another wonderful stay at Wayford Bridge! The staff were friendly and attentive as always and the room was lovely.
The breakfast is very good and really sets you up for the day.

Disappointed that the only option for lunch today was carvery as I was looking forward to my usual liver and bacon and to top that they had run out of one of the meats by 2:30pm. Staff could be better trained the two young boys working really seemed like they had no idea what was going on. The bar/hotel manager, I think his name was Nick did not set a very good example to his staff. Was very rude and quite abrupt when speaking to staff. Also if you are going to be working front of house you shouldn’t look like you have slept in the clothes you are wearing, shirt had not seen an iron in months. Food was very tasty even though not what we wanted.

I stayed for two nights as part of a group rowing on the Broads. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very good in the restaurant. Breakfast is waiter service. This takes longer than a buffet service but it is relaxing to be served. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We were well looked after.

Booked via hotel app, booked 2 single rooms, had email confirmation a week before travelling. On arrival & checking in was told it was 1 twin room I had booked, showed the email confirmation which clearly shows 2 rooms booked. Told it was the system thinking it was a room duplication. No apology given just told it’s a twin room so won’t be sleeping in same bed. Raised the query with app provider upon my return home, they say they have been in touch with the parties concerned & I am awaiting a reply. Didn’t think much of the customer service element.

We often stay here because the Wayford Bridge is so central for where we like to visit on the Broads. The standard of quality is high, the food if you eat there for breakfast or dinner is delicious and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spotless and have the usual tea, coffee, milk . The bathrooms also have shower and shampoo which saves bringing. Parking is brilliant and if you want a quiet area to drink with friends there are a few. We came with friends this time, great break. Great rooms and looking forward to going back soon

We stayed for 5 days, have been before. Staff were polite, friendly and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee etc, bottled water would be a nice addition. Ate in restaurant 3 nights food was very good. Breakfast choice was ok, sausages were small though and you only got one. Overall a great stay definitely recommend it.

Location - it is on its own but has a good restaurant and bar. Stayed in one of the rooms not in the main building, space was generous, bed comfortable and bathroom very good! Only small problem is that it is on the ground floor and and large bay windows allow people going to there rooms to look in! Net curtains may provide some privacy!

We love pets and have eight pet friendly garden rooms, but please confirm before arrival as not all rooms are suitable.
NOTICE: The Wayford Bridge in-front of the hotel will be closed for resurfacing works provisionally commencing October 2022 (TBC confirmed as son as possible) this will mean guests from the southern side of the bridge will need to take a diversion around the bridge as will guests driving the opposite direction. These works will be during the day and stop in the late evening 12 hours per day provisionally.
