As soon as we walked in it was brilliant, all the staff were lovely, particularly the young girl on the reception and the restaurant manager. The room was lovely and clean, with great air conditioning. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package, they have a QR code ordering system which means you order, pay and food or drinks come to the table. Seems a great idea at this time with all the staff shortages. It was funny as I, by accident ordered 2 bottles of wine, but the staff were lovely and helped me out. They even gave us a side order instead of a starter which they didn’t have to. The food was good and very hot. My friend used the pool which she said was very good but there were no towels there at 07.00 hours. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and the hot buffet was actually very hot. We would definitely recommend this place

After a long week of nights, me and my colleagues thought we would go for breakfast at our local holiday inn which is just round the corner. We were all pleasantly surprised. We turned up very tired and was greeted by very nice staff and we were seated by sarah. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! lots of choice and food was hot. Luke was very attentive, the only thing we were a little confused about was what there was a kitchen porter in the restaurant clearing tables after we had finished eating. Would definitely recommend eating here and me and my colleagues have a new after night’s breakfast club

Stayed here to go on steam train trip .sundown festival on so hotel full and unable to offer upgrade.still got a pitch side room platinumihg membercharming helpful staff unable to give 5 stars as did not have any meals.also when we last stayed here 15 years ago I noted a design fault in the bathroom the soap and shampoo dispensers are very high on the wall for the shower and people using bath cannot reach them without standing and have no separate soap.this increases risk of slipping however this is still a nice hotel with easy access to the railway station.I think this is now the nicest of Kew greens holiday inns in Norwich
