All good..breakfast time only ends up early as I have little one that wakes up late and they end serving 9:30Am.

This is terrible, I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

Close to blue mountains Clean rooms

The hotel is in a good location, next to the sports club and casino. The room is heated in winter and is very warm. The room is also relatively large. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me find my lost items later. We have to go to another building for breakfast. The breakfast is not good, there are few varieties, and the attitude of the waiter is not good. We had something to do and didn't have time to eat breakfast. We wanted to pack it up but were told that it was not allowed. It was so strange that we paid for the breakfast and couldn't pack it up to eat. This is a bad review. Everything else is very good.

The room is as hygienic as a low-end fast hotel. The toilet seat is yellow and makes it difficult to sit down. The room is not ventilated and a bit damp. The location is very remote and there is nothing around. It is 45 kilometers away from Sydney city and 45 kilometers away from the airport. The room was quite big and the work desk was very small. I don't know why it was not very comfortable. I wanted to leave on the first day I entered because I couldn't make changes or refunds, so I had to wait two days before moving out.

The experience of the first two days made me have lower expectations for today's hotel. After all, the price was cheaper than the previous two days. However, maybe the brand of holiday inn is not too bad. Compared with the previous two days, this hotel gave me a great value for money! The room was big and clean.
