I have a special liking for Swissotel. Whenever I go to a hotel in a suitable location around the world, I always choose Swissotel. Its hotels in many cities around the world are relatively old, many of which are more than ten years old. But they are all well maintained. You won't think there is a problem because the decoration is old. But this time, I was really disappointed with this one in Jakarta. I don't know if it's in every room, but the floor drain in our room smelled very bad. Every time I come back, I have to get used to it for a while. The hotel is not very old according to the introduction, but the maintenance of the facilities is very poor. The service quality is very high, and the service staff is indeed well trained and well managed like Swissotel in other countries. But the hygiene and facilities are really too poor. The price is relatively high in the local area.
