Staying in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2025, room is clean and quiet. Location at central of PIK with a lot of eateries nearby walking distance. The only downside is the wash sink, the tap is in the wrong position with respect to the drain, after use all the dirt settle on the far side not able to go into the drain. Have to use cup of water to flush the dirt to the sink drain.

Staff are very polite, courteous and hospitable. But still gave me the wrong room number when checking in..🤭
Towels are clean but a little old.
Overall, still a pleasant stay.

The room aircon is impossible to operate. was cold and wanted to switch off the aircon. the power switch only changed the temperature.
The bathroom tap does not work properly. water coming out splashes all over the place. informed the front desk to fix but nothing was done. Dissapointing
The sink outlet was stuck and the plug was not working properly
The toilet flush was not functioning properly
the minibar fridge light could not be switched off so had to sleep with the irritating light the whole night
