A beautiful hotel, the employees are exemplary. Very kind and helpful. The room is spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean, despite some mold stains. There is a smell of ambient humidity, but that is surely because of the humidity level in these regions of Asia and the use of air conditioning. The air conditioning works very well. The swimming pool is clean and pleasant with wrought iron tables and chairs. The gym is well equipped. Breakfast is fresh, good and plentiful. Truly a real meal, especially when you no longer want to eat street food. The area is popular and noisy, but personally it did not bother us too much. At first we were a little apprehensive about their looks, curiosity probably. Then when you greet them they smile at you and are ready to help you. Indonesians are truly a people of incredible gentleness and kindness. The lounges on the ground floor are comfortable to read a book or to have fun with your phone. The downside is the distance from the tourist sites, you always have to order a Grab, but it's okay, the prices are relatively cheap.

The room was clean and smelled nice. It was close to the airport, but it was a bit far from downtown and the shopping mall, so we took a taxi. The refrigerator didn't get very cold, probably because the portions were so large.
